They are currently seeking experienced Sheet Metal Workers to join their team. As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will be manufacturing and finishing custom sheet metal products to tight tolerances.Sheet Metal Worker Responsibilities:- Work to technical drawings and to tight tolerances- Use measuring equipment to inspect and verify components against engineering drawings and specifications.- Polish metal components to the required surface finish.- Dress and blend welds to customer and engineering specifications.- Contribute to continuous improvement activities and support a culture of quality and operational excellence.Sheet Metal Worker Requirements:- Previous experience in sheet metal finishing, fettling, deburring, polishing or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.- Previous experience working to tight tolerances.- Experienced in using precision measurement tools.- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.- Commitment to delivering right-first-time quality and minimising waste.This Sheet Metal Worker position is based in Alcester and is commutable from Pershore, Evesham, Studley, Redditch, Worcester, Stratford-upon-Avon and Droitwich.If interested in this position, please apply at your ..... full job details .....
