This is an opportunity to elevate your skills and grow your career in a dynamic, high-performance environment. You’ll contribute to building units from the basic core, from kits provided (tanks). Tanks require fabrication to fit onto the core, be expertly welded, tested, and inspected to meet high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly guidelines to complete tasks with precision.Assemble and test products at various stages of production – including air under water and safety proof tests.Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.Support continuous improvement initiatives, such as ACE activities (5S, TPM, Turnbacks, and Clinics).Maintain traceability of materials and adhere to rigorous quality control standards.Pursue ongoing training, including welding certification requirements.Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.Follow Environmental Health and Safety (EHandS) requirements.Shifts

This role requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts.Morning: 6:00 AM – 1:45 PM (Mon–Thu) and 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Fri).Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Thu) and 12:15 PM – 5:15 PM (Fri).We offer a 4.5-day working week, with optional night shift opportunities available.Essential Criteria

NVQ Level 2, City and Guilds Level 2, or a similar vocational qualification in fabrication, mechanical, or engineering (equivalent experience will be considered).Proficiency with precision tools such as Vernier calipers, digital calipers, or measuring gauges.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated experience in hand fabrication and sheet metal work.Proven ability to meet high tolerance standards (to a thousandth of an inch).Desirable Criteria

Experience in aerospace, motorsport, or similar industries is advantageous but not required.Required Security Clearance

This role may involve access to export-controlled information and hardware. An export license may be required. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory security checks, export license approval, and, if applicable, completion of a non-disclosure agreement.What We Offer
