Sheet Metal Production Supervisor Location: Sittingbourne Salary: £20 - £23 per hour DOE Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm Contract: Permanent The Opportunity Are you an experienced sheet metal professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our Client is looking for a Sheet Metal Production Supervisor to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with a strong sheet metal background who understands the manufacturing process inside out and is ready to take on greater responsibility. You may already be working as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Team Leader, or you could be an experienced sheet metal professional looking for the opportunity to progress into a leadership position. The Role Working closely with the wider production and management teams, you will help oversee the day-to-day sheet metal operation, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Your technical knowledge will be key. The successful candidate will understand sheet metal manufacturing processes in detail and be confident supporting the team, resolving issues, and ensuring production runs smoothly.
