Key responsibilities include: Supervising and supporting the Team Leaders over the sheet metal dept. Planning and allocating daily workloads. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Overseeing fabrication, forming, cutting, folding and assembly processes. Ensuring production targets and deadlines are achieved. Carrying out quality checks and maintaining high standards of workmanship. Supporting the team with technical issues and problem-solving. Monitoring materials, tools, and equipment.
