Sheet Metal Fabricator

A manufacturer located in Basildon are looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join their business on a permanent basis.

The company are looking for someone who is able to use machinery such as Brake Presses, Turret Mills & Lathes as well as Guillotines in their metal shop.

The role is paying up to -38,675 per annum, working 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday. This equates to -17.50ph based on a 42.5hr week. Overtime is x1.5.

Sheet Metal Fabricator duties:-

• Manufacture bespoke items
• Use machinery such as Press Brakes, Turret Mills & Lathes as well as Guillotines
• Using hand and power tools
• Cut and fold sheet metal
• Fettling and polishing the metals
• Read from engineering drawings
