Salary: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:00
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Sheet Metal Worker to join our growing team based in Bromsgrove. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in metal fabrication who is looking for a stable, full-time position with consistent daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricating, assembling, and repairing sheet metal products

• Operating machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, and drills

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

• Ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy in all work

• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

• Working both independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with sheet metal is essential

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

• Good attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Experience with fabrication tools and machinery

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
