Sheet Metal Fabrication Opportunities We are looking to recruit several experienced individuals to support the expansion of a growing sheet metal fabrication department. Based in Pontyclun this investment will increase production capacity, improve workflow efficiency, and strengthen overall manufacturing capability. The expansion will enable the business to respond more effectively to customer demand, reduce production bottlenecks, and provide the space, equipment, and resources required for future growth. It will also support improved organisation, safer working practices, better material handling, and stronger collaboration between fabrication, assembly, stores, and logistics teams. Turret Punch Operator The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining turret punch machinery to produce accurate sheet metal components in line with production drawings and job requirements. Key responsibilities include: Setting and operating turret punch machines Selecting and changing tooling as required Checking material specifications before production Producing components to drawing specifications Carrying out quality checks and inspections Maintaining safe working practices and housekeeping standards Ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved Brake Press Operators Brake Press Operators will be responsible for setting and operating brake press machinery to fold and form sheet metal components accurately and efficiently.
