We are looking to recruit a SHE Systems Manager to join our SHE team in newly created role aimed at ensuring SHE systems, processes and reporting frameworks support legal compliance, operational excellence and the achievement of the company''s SHE objectives. The role will lead the management of SHE data, digital platforms, reporting tools and system governance, ensuring accurate performance reporting, effective risk management and a positive user experience across the business. SHE SYSTEMS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure SHE policies, procedures, standards and guidance documents remain current, compliant and aligned to business requirements. Manage system configuration, updates, testing and user access controls, working with the Miller IT team to enhance and improve the current system user experience Develop and maintain SHE reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
