SHE Manager (Groundworks and Civils)

Edge Careers are working on behalf of our client that''s looking to recruit an experienced SHE Manager. This is a well established Groundworks and Civils Contractor and In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the Oxfordshire Region (Basingstoke, Oxford and up to Banbury, Warwickshire). You will be overseeing multiple live projects within this patch and safety advisors. So someone located within this area that s used to a site based role, typically travelling within an hour and a half radius. I m looking to speak with Health and Safety professionals that have already worked within the Construction Sector, it would be beneficial to have a proven track record within Groundworks and Civils but not essential. This is a direct position (paye) and the salary is negotiable depending on experience. Company Vehicle or Car Allowance with Fuel Card provided. Key Responsibilities: • Promote safe working practices across the region and monitor compliance with current legislation. • Manage the Safety Advisors within your region and undertake joint site visits, provide advice, guidance, support and development.
