The RoleAs a SHE Advisor you will promote and ensure safety in the workplace. This includes implementing and maintaining health and safety policies, investigating accidents and incidents, supporting and conducting risk assessment reviews and providing training to employees. You will promote a positive health and safety culture among the workforce by leading by example and encouraging active participation in SHE initiatives. You will have good written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence others; you will be required to liaise with multi-discipline functions. You will have the ability to work with others, coach and mentor teams and individuals and adapt to change when needed. The ability to manage your workload, prioritise and work under pressure will support you greatly in a busy working environment.
