Blue Arrow is urgently recruiting for A SHE Advisor to join our clients team based in the Llantrisant area. Salary: 35- 42,000pa Depending on experience Hours of work: Monday - Friday DAYSContract: 12 Month Contract initially - potential to extend. Main Responsibilities:This role is junior role, 50% admin 50% Learning and Development. Duties are as follows:-Safety, Health and Environmental Leadership: Promote a proactive safety culture across the site and support the achievement of Goal ZeroAct as a trusted advisor on health, safety and environmental mattersSupport operational teams to ensure SHE remains an enabler for production and business growthEnsure the safety of employees, contractors, visitors and the local communityCompliance and Management Systems:Maintain compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental legislationSupport and maintain site ISO accreditations and compliance requirementsContribute to maintaining the organisation''s licence to operate through effective SHE governanceSupport internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings Risk Management and Continuous Improvement:Facilitate and support the development, review and implementation of risk assessmentsDrive the use of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies to eliminate risk where reasonably practicableIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in SHE performance and processesTrack corrective actions and ensure accountability for completionEmergency ..... full job details .....
