SharePoint Administrator – 3 months+ – Hybrid (3 remote/2 Manchester City Centre office)
SharePoint Administrator to support security remediation in readiness for our clients Copilot rollout.
To apply you should have the ability to perform the following typical SharePoint duties:
- Administer and configure SharePoint Online, Teams sites, and OneDrive environments
- Help Deliver training and guidance for site owners and end users
- Liaise with stakeholders to align priorities and contribute to governance forums
- Manage site collections, libraries, lists, metadata, and storage quotas
- Enforce user access reviews, ownership compliance, and co-ownership structures
- Maintain permissions, access controls, and lifecycle policies across platforms
- Perform platform health checks and resolve technical issues
- Remediate oversharing and risky external sharing links
- Confirm ownership and enable searchability for high-value sites
- Utilise tools for reporting such as PowerShell or ShareGate
- Maintain dashboards for link removal, ownership, and compliance tracking
- Support secure collaboration and post-go-live transitions into managed services
Interview 27th / 28th / 29th August, immediate start. 3 months initial with potential extension for maintenance activities of document management and file shares.
