Shared Lives Training CoordinatorKingsteignton, Devon (with regular travel across the South West region, including Cornwall and Somerset)Shared Lives South West is an award-winning charity that provides long-term and short break care and support services throughout Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset.We''re now looking for a passionate individual to join us as a Shared Lives Training Coordinator on a part-time, permanent basis, working 30 hours per week.SummaryAs a Shared Lives Training Coordinator, you will design, coordinate and deliver a high-quality, accessible and compliant training programme for carers and staff.Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will support carers and staff to develop the knowledge and confidence they need to provide safe, person-centred support.
