Your responsibilities include managing existing client portfolios and contributing to business growth.We’re Looking For Someone WithKnowledge of tax treatment of share options and employee share ownershipExpertise in EMI, ESS, reward tax, employment, NIC, and capital gains taxExperience with share valuations and liaising with HMRCStaff management and mentoring skillsAwareness of accounting, employment, and company law implicationsClient interaction experience, including fee agreementsDegree-level education (LLB preferred) and/or CTA, ATT, ACA qualificationsWe value authenticity and support flexible working arrangements.
