Shaft Mechanical Construction Manager

Location: North Acton, West London Sector: Major Infrastructure / MandE Start: Immediate Employment Type: Permanent An experienced Mechanical Construction Manager is required to oversee mechanical works associated with a major shaft and infrastructure project in West London. This is a site-focused delivery position requiring a strong Mechanical Construction Manager who is comfortable operating within a complex, safety-critical construction environment. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical installation activities within the shaft and associated areas. Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, supervisors and site labour. Plan and sequence works in line with the overall construction programme. Review drawings, specifications, RAMS and installation requirements. Coordinate mechanical installations with structural, civil and electrical works. Manage site logistics and access requirements associated with mechanical installations. Monitor quality and ensure works meet project specifications. Carry out inspections and manage snagging and remedial works. Coordinate testing and commissioning activities. Attend daily coordination and project progress meetings. Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting. Ensure all works are undertaken in accordance with project health and safety procedures. Requirements Candidate Requirements Previous Mechanical Construction Manager / Mechanical Site Manager experience.
