SFIA 4 Power Platform Developer - CRM Transformation Project (Public Sector/Government) - BPSS Role Title: Power Platform Developer (SFIA Level 4)Location: Hybrid with 2 days on site in Manchester Sector: Government/Public Sector Rate: £440 pd Inside IR35 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer (SFIA Level 4) to support a large-scale CRM transformation programme within a Government or Public Sector organisation. The successful candidate will develop, configure, and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions, enabling the modernisation of citizen, customer, and case management services. Working within an agile, multidisciplinary delivery team, the developer will contribute to the design, build, testing, and deployment of scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the wider Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Develop and configure solutions Support the migration and transformation of Legacy CRM and case management platforms into modern cloud-based solutions. Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and Microsoft technologies. Develop custom components, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform extensions where required. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives within an Agile delivery environment.
