Sexual Health Counselling Manager

We are seeking an experienced counsellor/therapist to manage the Sexual Health Counselling Service, managing a small team of counsellors, trainees and volunteers. The role will involve line management responsibilities for counsellors on the service, as well as for a young people''s counsellor; and overseeing up 2-4 trainee/volunteer placements, supporting their development and liaising with training institutes. In addition to holding a small client caseload, you will also oversee client intake, assessments and allocation. You will ensure a high-quality and consistent delivery across the Sexual Health counselling service in line with KPIs and frameworks.
