Function as an autonomous practitioner within a multi-professional team to ensure the provision of accessible, high standard, culturally sensitive and effective person-centred Sexual and Reproductive Health care across all Sandyford services.Provide sexual health advising resources to support the management of public health functions within Sandyford Services across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.As a registered nurse, deliver a range of skilled Sexual and Reproductive Health Care and Sexual Health Advising interventions including: managing sexually transmitted infection and blood borne virus results, appropriate treatment and referral, following up partner notification work, motivational interviewing and risk reduction.Provide mentorship and support to pre- and post-registration medical and nursing students and staff new to the role.Shift pattern
