Job Title: Experienced Seamstress / Curtain Maker

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, confident seamstress to join our friendly, long-established soft furnishings workshop.

In this role, you won't be doing repetitive production line work. Instead, you will be crafting beautiful, bespoke curtains and Roman blinds from scratch. You will manage and sew each piece from start to finish, meaning every fabric, project, and job will be completely different!

While previous curtain or blind making experience is welcomed, it is not essential—we provide comprehensive training (typically 1–4 months) in our specific products, methods, and finishing techniques. This is a stable, permanent daytime position in a supportive environment where craft quality and attention to detail are truly valued.

Working hours: 7:15am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish at 2:00pm on Fridays

Requirements

• Sewing Experience: Minimum 5 years of sewing/seamstress experience with strong machine skills.
