Settlements Manager

We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Settlements Manager to oversee treasury and wealth management operations within a growing international bank. This is a broad and dynamic role, ideally suited to someone who thrives in a smaller organisation where flexibility, ownership, and attention to detail are essential.You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of a wide range of transactions, while also supporting process improvements and maintaining strong controls across the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end settlements for treasury products (FX, money markets, securities) and wealth management transactionsEnsure timely and accurate processing of trades, payments, and reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve settlement breaks, discrepancies, and failed tradesMaintain strong operational controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsLiaise with counterparties, custodians, and correspondent banks to ensure smooth settlement processesSupport front office, treasury, and relationship management teams with operational expertiseIdentify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce riskProduce regular reporting on settlement activity, exceptions, and risk exposureRequirementsProven experience in settlements, ideally covering both treasury and wealth management productsStrong understanding of FX, fixed income, and securities operationsFamiliarity with SWIFT messaging, custodians, ..... full job details .....
