Setting Out Engineer

TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a Setting Out Engineer to work for a leading contractor in London on a contract basis. Typical works can involve groundworks, RC and demolition works.

This is a contract position offering a start at short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Set out works in accordance with drawings
• Check dimensions, levels, and coordinates
• Establish and maintain survey control points
• Mark out cut lines, excavation, foundations, and structural elements
• Verify works before construction begins
• Carry out as-built surveys
• Record and report survey information
• Assist site engineers and supervisors with setting out
• Ensure accuracy of all setting out activities
