Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of setting out, surveying, and quality control on site, ensuring works are delivered accurately and in accordance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities Setting out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Establishing and maintaining site control points and survey information. Carrying out topographical and as-built surveys. Ensuring works are completed to the correct line, level, and tolerances. Producing and maintaining accurate site records and survey data. Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and operatives to ensure smooth project delivery. Identifying and resolving technical issues on site.
