      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Our client, a leading civil engineering firm specialising in the water sector, is currently seeking a Senior Setting Out Engineer to join their thriving team. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for managing the engineering and quality aspects across multiple sites, primarily within the civil engineering and water industry sectors.      Key Responsibilities:    Establishing the level and survey control for contracts, ensuring detailed works are set out as per contract drawings  Supervising trainees and site engineers, ensuring they complete daily setting out activities with confidence  Ensuring health and safety records and work environment are compliant with organisational and legal requirements  Delivering projects safely, without environmental incidents, and ensuring specified quality standards are met  Collaborating with the Site Agent/Sub Agent to develop efficient work methods and techniques  Managing procurement by undertaking pre-start material take-offs and populating material procurement schedules  Conducting quality audits and compiling quality management plans  Maintaining positive working relationships across all levels of the project team and stakeholders ...</description>
