Setting Out Engineer - Bangor

Location: Bangor, North Wales Project: Care Centre Development Salary: Negotiable Start Date: 17th June 2026 (Preferred) Approach Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to support a live construction project on a care centre development in Bangor, North Wales. The successful candidate will initially be required for one day to set out the positions for a king post wall installation, with work ideally commencing on 17th June 2026. Following this, there will be a requirement for approximately 10 additional days of attendance to support the ongoing installation works. Responsibilities Setting out king post wall positions in accordance with project drawings and specifications Ensuring all setting out is accurate and completed to the required tolerances Liaising with the site team to ensure works are delivered efficiently Providing technical support and resolving any setting out issues on site Maintaining accurate records of setting out activities Requirements Proven experience working as a Setting Out Engineer on construction or civil engineering projects Proficient in the use of surveying and setting out equipment Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Valid CSCS card (desirable) Own equipment preferred (please advise availability) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills What''s on Offer?
