This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Setter looking to progress into supervision, or an established Supervisor who enjoys a hands-on technical role. Working closely with the Production Manager, you will oversee a team of six operators and ensure the night shift runs safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set and start injection moulding machines Carry out mould tool changes Troubleshoot moulding, machine and process issues Optimise cycle times, quality and productivity Lead and support a team of six operators Monitor production and minimise downtime Complete production and quality documentation Promote Health & Safety, housekeeping and 5S standards Support continuous improvement and automation projects Work closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams About You Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Set...
