As a Setter Operator, you will set, calibrate and operate production machinery. Setter Operator Responsibilities -            Setting and operating production machinery. -            Use precision measurement tools. -            Work to tight tolerances. -            Measure out length and quantity of materials using Excel and mental arithmetic. -            Ensure that production targets are achieved.
