Setter Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Miller Setter Operator to join our manufacturing clients ever growing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise in setting and operating 3-5-axis milling machines with Fanuc and Haas controls (will train on Haas) will be highly valued.Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC milling machines with 5-axis capability.Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper machine tooling.Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.Conduct precision measurements and inspections using various metrology tools.Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter Operator in a subcontract environment.Proficiency in setting and operating 5-axis milling machines with Fanuc and Haas controls.Strong understanding of machining principles and measuring tools.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent problem-solving skills. ..... full job details .....
