Setter and Team Leader

BEFORE YOU APPLY - THIS ROLE IS A NIGHTS ONLY POSITION Do you have experience in setting various production machinery? Are you looking for a step up into more of a Team Lead role? Hours of work are 22:00 - 06:00 Sunday to Thursday. If it is yes to the above then please apply. Your main focus will be to:set/run/maintain and changeover high output machines in line with production targetsensure that safe working practices are adhered toensure machines are kept in a good safe working conditionensure that the machines run to the required standards of quality and outputensure all documentation is in order and completed Your Line Leader role will be to:complete on-the-job training of other personnelmonitor OEE ensure output quality level is metbe involved in continuous improvement activities - such as increase in up-time/decrease in downtime keep accurate information regarding the fault and downtime monitor raw material usage and quality This is a hands on role for someone who has a passion to succeed and improve and bring a team with them on the journey!There is free on site parking with easy access to the site.
