The Role

As a member of the retail team, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering excellent customer service to event attendees and visitors.
• Assisting customers with purchases and product enquiries.
• Operating tills and handling transactions accurately.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining product displays.
• Supporting the set-up and organisation of retail areas.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Following all company procedures, including cash handling and health andamp; safety guidelines.
• Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operation throughout the event.

Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

• Previous retail, customer service, sales, or event experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Confidence handling customer enquiries and transactions.
• The right to work in the UK.
