Financial Adviser / Servicing Adviser Northampton Hybrid Working (4 Days in Office) £50,000-£55,000 + £50 Per Annual Review An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Adviser to join a highly regarded wealth management firm in Northampton, supporting an established client bank within a collaborative and well-structured environment. This position would suit either: A younger or newly qualified adviser looking to build their career on strong foundations, gain exposure to an established client base, and develop within a well-supported advisory environment An experienced adviser who prefers to step away from the pressures of business development and focus on delivering high-quality financial planning and long-term client relationships The successful individual will take responsibility for servicing an existing portfolio of clients, conducting annual reviews, and delivering ongoing financial planning support across pensions, investments, and wider wealth management needs. The priority for this role is not sales-driven growth, but ensuring clients are looked after by a capable and trusted adviser who can maintain and develop long-term relationships.
