This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading machine tool manufacturer. An opportunity has arisen to join the Service Department as a Service Engineer. This role would suit an electrically or mechanically qualified engineer. Full training will be provided, with the successful candidate becoming a key member of the Service Team.Job DescriptionField-based role travelling to customer sites to service Mazak machines as part of planned maintenance. Duties include fault diagnosis, machine alignment checks, and general servicing.The role involves representing Mazak to customers, working in a professional and safety-conscious manner at all times.Essential Criteria Electrical or mechanical experienceAbility to read mechanical and electrical drawingsBasic programme experience (Mazak / Siemens / Heidenhain)Understanding of machine tool levelling, alignment, and geometryKnowledge of different control systemsExperience with Mazatrol controls and Mazak machinesProfessional, customer-focused approachFlexible with overtime, weekends, and overnight staysClean driving licenceStrong problem-solving abilityAbility to communicate with customers at all levels Desirable Criteria 5-axis knowledgeExperience of report writing Package Join a successful, multi-national manufacturing ..... full job details .....
