This one starts much earlier.I''m supporting an established consultancy that is expanding its business-led ServiceNow capability. They''re looking for someone who can engage senior stakeholders, understand how an organisation currently operates and identify where better processes, automation and technology could deliver meaningful improvement.In this role, your focus isn''t configuration or implementation. You''ll work at the Front End of transformation programmes, exploring challenges across areas such as purchasing, supplier operations, financial services and shared business functions.You''ll facilitate discovery sessions, assess existing processes and help clients prioritise where change will have the greatest impact. From there, you''ll develop the business case, recommended approach and practical roadmap needed to turn those ideas into a deliverable programme.
