ServiceNow Transformation Consultant - Business Advisory

I''m supporting a consultancy that is expanding its ServiceNow business transformation capability, with a particular focus on Procurement, Supplier Operations, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Shared Services and Global Business Services (GBS) transformation.Working with senior business stakeholders, you''ll help organisations understand how core operational functions can be modernised, standardised and automated through improved processes, operating models and effective use of ServiceNow.This role sits at the early stages of transformation programmes, helping clients assess current ways of working, identify inefficiencies and define the roadmap for change. You''ll work across areas such as sourcing and procurement, supplier onboarding and management, shared service operations, employee-facing services and other enterprise workflow environments.A key part of the role is helping organisations understand how ServiceNow capabilities, including emerging solutions such as Source-to-Pay (S2P), can support broader business objectives, improve operational performance and create a foundation for scalable growth.ResponsibilitiesLead discovery workshops with business, operational and executive stakeholdersAssess current procurement, supplier management, shared services and enterprise support processesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, governance, user experience and service deliveryEvaluate where ServiceNow can support business transformation objectivesDevelop business cases, ..... full job details .....
