ServiceNow Technical ConsultantContract Length: 3 MonthsRate: Up to 450 per day (Inside IR35)Location: Predominantly Remote with occasional attendance in LondonSecurity Clearance: Active SC Clearance required - ideally from a government bodyYour new companyYou will be supporting a project within the Home Office, working as part of a ServiceNow team delivering platform enhancements and remediation activities.Your new roleAs a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will support ongoing ServiceNow enhancement work, platform improvements and backlog remediation activities. You will work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to maintain and improve ServiceNow capabilities across key service management functions.Key responsibilitiesSupport ServiceNow enhancements and backlog remediation activities.Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions.Assist with incident, change and service management workflows.Provide technical support and contribute to platform improvement initiatives.Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.Essential skills and experienceHands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.Experience supporting ServiceNow platform improvements.Active SC Clearance.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Desirable skills and experienceExposure to ServiceNow ITOM.How to applyIf you''re interested in this opportunity, apply with your ..... full job details .....
