The role will focus on strengthening CMDB, CSDM, data governance and platform architecture, while preparing ServiceNow for future AI, automation, IAM, ITAM, ITOM and Enterprise Service Management capabilities. Key Responsibilities Define the target-state ServiceNow data and platform architecture and architectural standards. Assess and improve CMDB maturity and CSDM adoption, including CI structures, relationships and service dependencies. Define authoritative data sources, data flows, mastering rules, lineage and transformation requirements. Establish ServiceNow data governance, ownership, stewardship, RACI, data quality and retention standards. Ensure the platform is ready for ITOM, ITAM, IAM, AI Search, Virtual Agents, workflow automation, SPM, BCM and ESM. Review ServiceNow licensing and identify current usage, unused capabilities and modernisation requirements.
