We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with proven expertise in delivering end-to-end ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, architecting, and delivering robust ServiceNow solutions across key projects and programmes.Define ServiceNow architecture, design standards, and best practicesLead solution design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modulesTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutionsOversee implementation, configuration, and integration activitiesEnsure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, security, and performance standardsProvide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development and administration teamsConduct solution design reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance activitiesManage integrations with external systems via APIs and middlewareSupport pre-sales engagements, including solution demonstrations and proposalsEnsure compliance with organisational and industry standardsRequired SkillsStrong expertise in ServiceNow platform architectureExperience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Flow DesignerProficiency in JavaScript and ..... full job details .....
