ServiceNow Solution Architect

On behalf of Department for Education, we are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect (Inside IR35) until 31/03/2026 based Remotely with occasional travel to the Sheffield office. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, your main responsibilities will be:. Assess the existing HRSD implementation, including customisations, integrations, workflows, and data models.. Identify areas of technical debt, unsupported design patterns, and upgrade risks.. Review current HR processes against ServiceNow leading practices.. Evaluate HRSD performance, maintainability, and user experience.. Lead the transition from heavily customised solutions to ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionality where appropriate.. Challenge existing requirements and historical design decisions.. Develop strategies to retire bespoke workflows, scripts, and catalogue items.. Ensure future solutions follow a configure-before-customise approach.. Define the HRSD architecture roadmap.. Design scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow product strategy and roadmap.. Establish HRSD governance standards, architectural principles, and design patterns.. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Essential:.
