      <description>Location: West Midlands | Salary: 450.00-450.00 Daily | Type: Contract | Job SpecWe are looking for a ServiceNow Service Mapping specialist to support the mapping of application services within ServiceNow ITOM.The resource will work with Application Owners, Architects and Infrastructure teams to analyse application dependencies and create accurate end-to-end service maps aligned to the ServiceNow CSDM model.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse application architectures, infrastructure dependencies, credentials and access requirements.Design and build Service Maps for in-scope application services.Configure and modify Service Mapping patterns where required.Define and validate relationships between Business Services, Business Applications, Application Services, Technical Services and Infrastructure CIs.Work with application teams to validate service dependencies and map accuracy.Support testing and remediation of Service Mapping issues.Ensure service maps meet agreed acceptance criteria and provide visibility through ServiceNow Dependency Maps and Unified Maps.Required ExperienceStrong ServiceNow ITOM and Service Mapping experience.Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB and CSDM.Knowledge of application dependency mapping and service modelling.Experience crea...</description>
