Job Title: ServiceNow Service Mapping Consultant Location: Midlands Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite Start Date: August Job Type: Contract - Inside IR35We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Service Mapping Consultant to support the delivery of ServiceNow ITOM by creating accurate, end-to-end service maps across a complex enterprise environment.Working closely with Application Owners, Architects and Infrastructure teams, you will analyse application dependencies and build service maps aligned to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), improving service visibility and impact analysis.Key responsibilitiesDesign and build ServiceNow Service Maps for enterprise applicationsAnalyse application architectures, infrastructure dependencies and service relationshipsConfigure and enhance Service Mapping patternsValidate relationships across Business Services, Application Services, Technical Services and CIsWork with technical teams to ensure mapping accuracy and resolve issuesSupport testing, validation and optimisation of Service Mapping solutionsKey experience requiredStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and Service MappingExpertise in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB and CSDMExperience with application dependency mapping and service modellingAbility to customise Service Mapping patterns and troubleshoot mapping issuesStrong understanding of enterprise application and infrastructure architecturesIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now with your updated CV in ..... full job details .....
