Dependent on ExperienceThe role:As an Advisor Business Consultant, you will be part of an innovative team, working to define and deploy world-class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform.This senior position involves leading client business analysis, consultation, service design, and delivery, specifically leveraging ServiceNow to drive organizational change and improvement.You will provide process and technical expertise as a consulting service to clients, contributing to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, including customer engagement, requirement definition, change management, configuration, testing, and training. You will develop specialised knowledge in ServiceNow as an enterprise solution.Responsibilities:

You will be part of a team delivering ServiceNow solutions to diverse clients. Your role includes supporting client engagement, facilitating platform demonstrations, defining current and desired states, and presenting solutions.You will build client understanding of ServiceNow, demonstrate platform functions, support testing, and assist sales and delivery teams.You will mentor junior team members and produce documentation and training materials for implemented solutions, including client training.Requirements:

The ideal candidate has several years of experience in ServiceNow design and development within a consulting environment.An understanding of Business Analysis and Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principles, and procedures.A high level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application, with platform delivery and enhancement experience preferred.Certifications required include:ServiceNow Certified AdministratorServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist across at least four applicationsITIL FoundationProject Management and Training certifications and experience are advantageous.You should have strong communication skills, the ability to present solutions to clients and senior management, and a focus on customer service.You must be proactive, creative, analytical, and willing to learn and take on new challenges.Ability to work remotely and travel to client sites is required.What’s in it for me?
