Role Title: ServiceNow Product OwnerDuration: contract to run until 3/06/2026Location: Manchester, Hybrid 3 days per week onsiteRate: up to 613.34 p/d Umbrella inside IR35 Role purpose / summary Own and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy for HAM, SAM, and CMDB.Define and maintain the roadmap, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions that optimize asset and configuration management processes.Evaluate and integrate complementary tools within the broader IT asset and configuration ecosystem.Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring effective governance and compliance. Required Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.Deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles and related tooling.Proven experience in financial services environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
