This is a senior leadership role focused on driving platform value, shaping roadmap decisions, and ensuring ServiceNow capabilities align with business objectives and transformation programmes. The is not a technical role, the individual with typically work as a conduit between the customer and the teams that support and manage the platform, they would also make sure the correct process and governance are followed.
