Role: ServiceNow ITOM Senior Developer Location: Bradford, UK Contract Inside IR35 Job Description Role description: (Please include a brief outline of the impact this role will have, including overview of customer industry and projects, access to cutting-edge technology etc.) Need a ServiceNow ITOM Senior Developer with strong experience in Data Center/Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping,CMDB and CSDM framework. S/He is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures accurate service visibility, infrastructure discovery, service mapping, event management, and operational intelligence, enabling proactive operations, reduced outages, and improved service reliability. Key responsibilities:(Up to 10, Avoid repetition) 1. Define end-to-end ITOM architecture covering: DiscoveryService MappingOperational Intelligence/AIOpsCloud andamp; Hybrid infrastructureDesign scalable and resilient architectures for large, complex enterprise environments.Ensure OOB-first adoption with minimal customizations.Create HLDs, LLDs, solution blueprints, and reference architectures 2. Define CMDB strategy and data model aligned with CSDM 3. Define service mapping approaches (top-down, bottom-up, tag-based). 4. Troubleshoot discovery issues and performance bottlenecks. 5.
