Contract | 6 months, with a view to extend | Competitive day rate | Morela is proud to be supporting a specialist AIOps and service management consultancy on a exclusive basis with a hands-on ServiceNow ITOM contract, with Event Management at the centre of it.This is a delivery role with a consulting Front End. You will be in the room with the client running workshops and shaping the design, then back at the keyboard building what you designed. Both halves matter, and candidates who only do one of them are not what this client needs. WHAT THE ROLE IS REALLY ABOUT Event Management first. Designing and implementing ServiceNow Event Management: event ingestion, alert rules, correlation and de-duplication, alert aggregation, and turning raw event noise into actionable, prioritised alerts that operations teams actually trust.Integrations. Bringing monitoring estates into ServiceNow. Splunk and AppDynamics are the key sources here, so hands-on experience integrating either or both into ServiceNow Event Management is what will separate candidates.Service context. Working with CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping so alerts map to real services and impact, rather than sitting as orphaned events with nowhere to go.Client workshops.
