Please find some details below: CONTRACTOR MUST BE SC CLEARED (active) AND BE A SOLE UK NATIONAL The candidate hasn''t been outside the UK for more than 28 consecutive days during the last 5 years Work Setup: 60% on site MUST BE PAYE THROUGH UMBRELLA Role Description: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to support the design and delivery of ServiceNow IT Operations Management capabilities within a complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership, solution design expertise, and guidance across key ITOM modules while ensuring alignment to ServiceNow best practice and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and solution design activities for ServiceNow ITOM implementations. Define technical architecture for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery and CMDB. Provide governance and assurance across ServiceNow delivery teams. Design scalable and maintainable integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tooling. Support estimation, planning and solution approvals. Work with customer stakeholders to define requirements and architecture roadmaps. Ensure CMDB design supports service visibility, operational processes and reporting requirements.
