ServiceNow ITOM ArchitectRate: £625 - £675 per day - Inside IR35Location: Preston/HybridDuration: 3 months, rollingClearance: SC Cleared - Sole UK NationalsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to provide architectural leadership across the design and delivery of ServiceNow IT Operations Management capabilities within a complex enterprise environment.The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on ITOM expertise, with a particular focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and Cloud Discovery. You will work closely with customer stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery functions to design scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practice and business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architecture and solution design activities across ServiceNow ITOM implementations.Define technical architecture for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB.Provide architecture governance, technical assurance, and guidance across ServiceNow delivery teams.Design secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise tooling.Support solution estimation, planning, governance, and technical approvals.Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective architecture roadmaps.Ensure CMDB architecture supports service visibility, operational processes, data quality, and reporting requirements.Provide technical leadership and ..... full job details .....
