Role description
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Integration Specialist to design, build, and optimise enterprise-grade integrations across the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical to enabling seamless communication between ServiceNow and key ecosystem platforms, with a strong focus on customer engagement, workflow automation, and operational resilience.
The successful candidate will be delivering integrations across the listed below, however you don''t have to have specifically used these 4 already but have proven integration experience:

• ServiceNow ServiceBridge
• Team Connect Core
• Amazon Connect
• RunDeck

This role will suit an integration expert who can operate across architecture, design, and hands-on delivery within a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
