ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect | £100k + bonus | HybridWe''re working with an established transformation consultancy that is continuing to grow its ServiceNow and HR transformation capability. They''re looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect who can combine strong platform knowledge with credible consulting and stakeholder-facing skills.This is broader than a purely technical architecture role. You''ll work with clients from the early stages of discovery and roadmap definition through to solution design, delivery governance and continuous improvement, helping them modernise HR services and improve the employee experience.The RoleYou''ll lead the design of scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions across complex enterprise environments, working closely with senior HR, technology and transformation stakeholders.The role will cover HR case management, Employee Center, knowledge management, life cycle events, employee journeys, workflow automation, integrations, data and reporting. You''ll translate HR operating model requirements into practical platform designs, while making sure the solution remains scalable, maintainable and aligned with the wider transformation.You''ll also lead discovery and design sessions, provide technical assurance throughout delivery and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
