Job Description: Senior ServiceNow Developer (Contract) Role Type: Contract Location: Remote Assignment Length: 6 months IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Are you a seasoned ServiceNow Developer who thrives on turning complex platform challenges into streamlined, automated realities? We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer on a Time and Materials basis to champion the optimization of Ofsted''s ServiceNow platform. This is a highly collaborative role where you will not only build and deliver high-value technical solutions but also empower our internal teams through proactive knowledge transfer. Your immediate flagship project will be to architect, plan, and execute the live rollout of ServiceNow''s Automated Test Framework (ATF), paving the way for seamless future upgrades and robust platform resilience. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will work at the direction of the internal delivery team, adapting to shifting program priorities as we evolve. Core activities include: ATF Strategy and Delivery: Define the high-level implementation plan and approach for the Automated Test Framework, taking it from initial architecture straight through to Live deployment. Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end service management processes, translating Ofsted''s business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.
