Hybrid – Attached to the Solihull Office

Up £65,000 per annum + aligned company benefits

We are seeking a driven ServiceNow Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ServiceNow in Serco. You’ll be joining at an exciting time as we grow our in-house team, expand our use of ServiceNow across the business, and transform users’ ways of working.

As Part Of This You’ll

Implement and configure a range of modules to meet business requirementsParticipate actively in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, project meetings and customer sessionsEnsure development and configuration activities are delivered within provided estimates, meeting commitments to stakeholdersDrive ServiceNow change initiatives from initiation to completionDrive ServiceNow adoption within Serco, advocating for solutions that drive tangible improvements for our customersIdentify and mitigate project issues and risks, working closely with team memberDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and customersAdhere to internal processes and compliance requirements

What You’ll Need To Do The Role

Ability to think critically and proactively to challenge solutions and existing processesStrong interpersonal skills to positively engage others in new ways of thinking and collaboratively problem-solveA passion for user-focused improvement and ServiceNowCertified System Administrator CertificationProven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HR, CSM, CMDB preferableUnderstanding of technical best practiceFamiliarity with Agile developmentExperience of ITIL teams and processes
